In 1946, Joseph KORCARZ, miller for more than 5 generations, arrives in France.

After the war, he is one of the first to bake kosher bread in a small bakery located in Paris 4th district, 29 rue des Rosiers.

Fifty years later, his son and his grandson are produsing and distributing around the wold the best and finest frozen and part baked breads,croissants,viennoiserie,and pastries,

under the strict supervision of the orthodox
rabbinical authorities.
